Q: Can I freeze my water bottle?
A: Our customers have informed us that they have frozen our bottles, however we recommend that you do not. Instead, just put ice cubes or cold liquid inside. If you must freeze your bottle, we recommend that you do not fill the bottle completely because it will expand when frozen.
Q: Can I pour hot liquid into my bottle?
A: While some of our products can withstand hot liquid, we do not recommend using plastic bottles with hot liquid in general. Please do not pour hot liquid/boiling water or use the bottle in the microwave or dishwasher.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: We process the orders in the order it was received. Usually we ship out the orders within 24-48 business hours - however we have an excellent track record of shipping out most orders the same day, once we receive the confirmed order. Orders placed during the weekends will be processed and shipped out the following business day. Orders placed during holidays will have to be shipped out the next business day.
Majority of the orders will take between 3-7 business days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories/US Military bases usually will take longer, usually take 7-14 business days. However, from time to time, orders may take longer to reach you due to weather, shipping location, and/or delivery companies which we have no control over.
Q: I would like to ship to a different location/address?
A: We will ship the order to the address that was provided to us in the order invoice. If you would like to ship to a different location/address, please select the shipping address or enter the new address when you are placing the order.
If you would like to change the address after you have placed the order, please email us immediately with your order information and new address. We will make the changes right away if the order has not been shipped. However, we would be unable to make the changes after the order has been shipped.

Q: I would like to cancel my order, how would I do that?
A: The best way is to contact us through email. Please provide as much information regarding your order, purchase invoice number or any additional information. It will help us locate your order and cancel it ASAP. Simply sending us an email without any information will not allow us to cancel your order.
If the order was sent out after you decided to cancel, please do not accept/open the package and ask your postal worker/delivery person to return the package. Once we have received the canceled order back, we will provide you with the refund. Thank you.

Q: Can I go pick up or buy the products at office or warehouse?
A: We apologize but unfortunately we do not allow that. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: What is your email reply time frame? How soon can I get an email reply after I contact you?
A: All emails (including address changes/order cancels) will be read and replied in the order it was received. Some times there may be delay in receiving your message, however as soon as we receive it, we will do our best to reply to you as soon as possible. Usually we can reply within 24-48 business hours, however there may be high volume of emails after the weekend/holidays, and may take longer.
