Setup & Maintenance
Q: What is the best way to clean the water bottles & dispenser crock?
A: Rinsing your water bottle & water dispenser crock thoroughly with unscented soapy water after each use, and letting it dry off at the end of the day is the best way to keep the product clean. When a more thorough cleaning is needed, you can use small amount of baking soda or vinegar and rinse it with running water. DO NOT use bleach or any chlorine based cleaners.

Q: How do I install the spigot on my water dispenser crock or water bottle?
A1: For Water Dispenser Crock
The best method to install the spigot on your water dispenser crock:
1) Unscrew the nut and make sure the slanted/beveled side of the washer is facing the outer wall of the crock opening.
2) Place washer onto the spigot with slanted/beveled side facing the item opening and slide the spigot through. (For water dispenser crocks, it is recommended to use only one washer on the products outer wall, to reduce the chance of leakage.)
3) Tighten the nut on the spigot till it is firmly in place, however DO NOT over-tighten. Over tightening will cause the washers to lose elasticity over time and may cause leaks.
4) Once the spigot is installed, test the product first before using. Adjust and re-install as needed.
