Shipping Info
We ship out from Los Angeles, California. Once we receive your order, we will process it, in the order it was received and ship out within 24-48 business hours. All orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. Late Friday and weekend orders will be processed on Monday and shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed before or during any major US holiday will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
Majority of our products are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with an average 5-7 working days delivery. All orders will come with a tracking/confirmation number.
Please note: All delivery time are approximate. Please keep in mind that we do not have control over weather and/or delivery companies, therefore to ensure a timely delivery, please order at least 7-10 business days in advance; especially if you need it by a certain date. Hawaii, Alaska, US territories/US Military APO & FPO, the delivery time may take longer. The average delivery time may range from 2-3+ weeks, therefore please be patient and allow more time for delivery in these locations. Thank you for your understanding.

Any shipping promotion or free shipping only applies to orders delivered to the lower 48 US States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and/or other US territories will cost additional.
For orders that are to be shipped to US territories or international destinations, please contact us first for a shipping estimate. Often times the cost of shipping is more expensive than the items themselves. We will do our best to find the most economical shipping for the items you are interested in.
For all international orders, any Custom duties and/or VAT charged by your countries' Custom Office will be the buyer's responsibility.

Return | Refund Info
Please contact us immediately if you received defective/damaged merchandise, the wrong merchandise and/or if you have any questions about returns or refunds. NO RETURNS OR REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
For defective/damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately and return within 30 days. We will replace the merchandise at no extra charge or we can provide a full refund on the defective/damage merchandise and shipping fees.
"Returns" on non-defective items will receive a partial refund (refund on the merchandise only). Water bottle returns MUST be in mint, brand new condition. If the water bottle has been opened and used, we can not accept it back.
Customer pays for return shipping for all merchandise (defective items and/or returns).
Please send returns to Goldwell Enterprises, Inc. Please mail back the item in original condition with original packaging. Please provide a copy of your order receipt with your name, mailing address, contact information, and any instructions for exchange/refund.
